At WEIZ&CO, we bring the design world to our clients. We work directly with commercial clients, bringing clarity to what belongs within a space and why.
Operating adjacent to procurement structures, the studio supports decision-making in curatorial-driven areas often underserved by standard sourcing frameworks.
Our support ranges from identifying a single statement piece to guiding site-specific projects from initial consultation through to delivery and installation.
Through established industry relationships, WEIZ&CO provides curated access to works by leading galleries, artisanal brands, and an international network of independent artisans.

We clarify what belongs. Through strategic dialogue and spatial understanding, we establish the intent, brief and cultural direction of the space.

We identify and secure original decorative design objects through our design network.
Decorative design objects include vessels, lighting, mirrors and functional works of art selected for their narrative and placement.
Where appropriate, this includes bespoke commissions.

This handcrafted bronze mirror is conceived as both a functional object and a sculptural presence.
An organically cast bronze frame with integrated candleholders surrounds the reflective surface, allowing light and material to interact for an intimate atmosphere.

Your Design Advisor
Esther Kroes-Weizman began her career in visual merchandising, creating thematic worlds for luxury fashion and homeware brands. This early work shaped her understanding of how design drives desire and influences how people engage with design.
She later transitioned into the start-up world, building consumer brands from the ground up. During this time, she collaborated with clients, artisans, and manufacturers across Europe and beyond, developing a strong understanding of how products are designed, and distributed worldwide.
Shaped by a multicultural upbringing and Dutch–Middle Eastern heritage, Esther’s approach is rooted in curiosity and cultural exchange. She founded WEIZ&CO to formalise this core belief: people and spaces deserve beauty everywhere.
From artisanal vases to collectible design furniture, curiosity is integral to the space. Esther leads the studio’s sourcing and procurement with discretion and a strong curatorial perspective.
