Collaborating with visionary interior designers, developers, cultural institutions and private clients, we shape interiors that express identity, evoke emotion and leave a lasting impression.
From concept and creative direction to logistics and final installation, we manage the full design procurement journey. Drawing on a global network of artists, brands and world-leading scent artisans, we source and commission products for the space they were designed for.
Led by founder and creative director Esther Kroes-Weizman, WEIZ&CO combines strategic design placement, creative direction, experiential design with global procurement and logistics to deliver a full-service experience that brings vision to life.
Esther explains: “I believe the spaces we create should reflect who we are and how we want to feel. For me, design is both emotional and strategic - a way to tell stories through materials, texture, and light. Each space we design is a dialogue between client, context, and curation.”
ABOUT ESTHER KROES-WEIZMAN, FOUNDER AND CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Born in the Netherlands and shaped by a multicultural upbringing, Esther’s fascination with interiors began early. Her curiosity was never just about how things looked - it was about how they made people feel. Over the years, this evolved into a deep passion for the psychology of space, and the belief that our environments have the power to shape our emotions, behaviours, and daily rituals.
Esther originally trained in Interior Design, earning a Bachelor of Arts at Jan des Bouvrie Academy that combined creative thinking with technical rigour. She later pursued a Bachelor’s and Master’s in International Fashion Management at the London College of Fashion and Amsterdam Fashion Institute, where she explored the intersection of design, storytelling, and commercial strategy. This cross-disciplinary foundation allowed her to move seamlessly between the creative and operational sides of the industry.
Having worked across Europe, Asia, and the United States, Esther draws daily inspiration from global culture, architecture, craftsmanship, and the subtleties of how people live. Before founding WEIZ&CO, she spent a decade in the fashion and consumer industry, helping scale start-ups into global businesses and leading collaborations with retailers such as Net-A-Porter, SSENSE, and De Bijenkorf.
Known for her thoughtful, intuitive approach, Esther launched WEIZ&CO to bring a more personal, emotionally intelligent perspective to interiors. From sourcing rare objects to designing layered, lived-in spaces, her work is rooted in a belief that every space tells a story—and should feel as good as it looks.
