Esther Kroes-Weizman
Founder & Director
Esther leads the creative and strategic direction of WEIZ&CO. Her background in design procurement, brand development, and operations forms the foundation of the studio’s approach: clarity, precision, and a belief in the impact of well-chosen objects. She works closely with designers, ateliers, and galleries across the U.K. and internationally, guiding each project from early concept through to final placement.
